The Short Egyptian Cubit happens to be 44.9 cm which is the value of π/7. And the meter appears in other places in the ancient world such as Puma Punku in Bolivia or in other places in Europe.. Was the meter the original unit and was only redefined in the late 18th century?

The Royal Egyptian Cubit is perhaps the most mysterious unit in history. A Cubit is the distance of a human's elbow to the tip of the middle finger. A lot of people think it was arbitrarily based on the length of a random king's arm.

Well 1 REC = exactly 0.5236 meters.

So 1 Royal Egyptian Cubit equals 2π/12 or π/6 Meters. This corresponds also to the ratio of the Seed of Life, the beginning of creation according to Sacred Geometry. It's very interesting how this same ratio applies also to Meter and REC. But there's more..

@spiritstem_ Thanks for sharing. A cool aspect of the seed of life is that it is one of the most fundamental ways of how life energy travels in sacred geometry. Notice how the tree, flower and fruit contain the original memory of the seed - just like in nature like an apple tree.

@VooghtRN Very nice, slid down 益田の岩船 (masuda no iwafune, the stoneship of masuda) in Asuka in the fall 2 years ago. It's even bigger than it seems on the picture. The Kansai area of Japan is full of this stuff. The devil's toilet is another good one. I think most of it is basalt..
