@lateasusual_ I was thinking of doing something like this with current set of tools that we have. Paint all islands on separate higher resolution textures with first UV layout. And then bake all islands on final texture, packed together with help of secondary UV layout.

■Monark OP tips1
キャラの顔だけをカメラから見た方向に対して押しつぶす処理を入れています。
広角レンズで近距離から撮った顔は、頭の球体である以上前後が出すぎてバランスが良くない場合が多く、それを強制的に補正します。
顔だけに望遠レンズを使うような処理ですね。

シリコン型でちゃんと抜けるようにフリルの厚さと重なりを調節して分割しました
最初の大まかな配置はIMMカーブで出来るけど、最後は地道にポイント移動で調整するのが確実です…
