@WarcraftDevs do SOMETHING with Rampaging Ruin. Eliminate the threat of ST loss purely for playing our rotation or kill the talent completely. Just something.
As for Arms. Remove the entire spec at this point. We're almost there anyway
TL;DR - Fury. Tuned fine, could do with more ST. Same playstyle for the last 8 years mostly.
Arms. Tuned like ass. Playstyle is ok apart from huge rage economy problems.
Thanks for coming to my TEDTalk
Not done this in a while. State of Warrior on Beta:
Fury in a decent enough spot. Most recent Rampage nerf doesn't make sense in the grand scheme of things. Feeling similar to Nerub-ar Palace, AoE "specialist" minimal ST capability and we all know how that ended...
Fury playstyle is virtually identical to what we've had for nigh on 8 years at this point :) if you've enjoyed it so far then good shit.
Arms playstyle is mostly the same with the inclusion of 1 more proc to play around with the Apex talents. Good enough to feel a bit different
