We are beyond disappointed by the announced suspension of only six games. This is a miscarriage of justice and a dereliction of duty on the part of MLS. It is clear that "zero tolerance" is just a slogan to MLS and that they are not serious about removing racism from the game.

My dad & I have been season ticket holders for @NewYorkRedBulls since 1997. Earlier this week I called our ticket rep to inform them that if Gerhard Struber and Dante Vanzeir remain at the club we will not be renewing our seats. (1/8)

The bar was so low & after all these days the best "apology" is "sorry for the night." To say we're disappointed would be an incredible understatement.

Both the @NewYorkRedBulls & @MLS should be ashamed & embarrassed at how they've handled this.

We call on the #RBNY fan base, the larger #MLS fan base, and general public to keep the pressure to have Struber removed from the team, and honestly, Dante as well. Show what "Zero Tolerance" actually means.

To make matters worse we're to believe that Struber's had an epiphany about what happened Saturday just a few days after he was sarcastically DMing fans the morning after the incident. Tied with his clear messaging that he's not actually sorry we don't accept his "apology"

This needs to more than a tough moment for #rbny and the player. He was given credible information on the field by players and coaches and precedent from previous coaches to know what he should do. He choose to go for 3 points instead. Shameful on his part IMHO
