@HeastBeast @IceSolst I also feel there's room for all of us. It doesn't have to he management vs. security or civilians vs. ex military. If people aren't being open minded and fostering a psychologically safe work environment, I think that's a separate issue to what sector someone's come from.

@HeastBeast @IceSolst To add to the point around should we be focusing on the cyber kill chain as a small organisation, it depends on your security maturity, whilst it shouldn't be ignored, if you're struggling with the owasp top 10 then that's where you focus.

As tech people, we can focus on technology, what works, what doesn't, and what can we automate, but having the right people and processes in place can foster growth.

And then continuous improvement. 🌱
