Also, all of this crude was to be transported across pristine US protected lands to refineries in TX where all of the pollution would have been just to have the gas exported to other countries.

@NoLieWithBTC Very simple solution to this nonsense as the court has turned political and has effectively abolished legal precedent. Let’s put term limits in place. I think a max. of 20 years is good. No reason why someone appointed in their 40’s should still be on the court in their 80’s.

We were to carry all of the risk running it through some of our nations most pristine lands and would have gotten the pollution to refine it only to have the gas exported out of the US…

Oh, and the crude wasn’t stuck in CANADA.There are many other pipelines and options to transport
