I have a theory on the Mavs "tanking". They're aware of how getting the #1 pick was rigged & they're hoping that if they stay "competitive" without blatant tanking, & still trying to make Coop ROY, they'll be "rewarded" by getting a better draft pick than their odds @NickVanExit
