Como indica el «DPD» (https://t.co/Eh5i4dufBx), el plural de esta forma es «jerséis» (no son válidas «jerséi» para el singular ni los plurales «jerseys» o «jerseises»). En América se usa «yérsey» y «yersi» (esta también en algunas zonas de Andalucía).
