𧡠I'm a D.O. who helps men optimize their health for peak performance.
Here's what I've learned after treating hundreds of men in Texas:
The difference between "normal" and "optimal" is everything.

Testosterone and cardiovascular risk: what the data actually says.
Old concern: TRT raises heart attack risk. That came from flawed trials, many in men with pre-existing disease.
The 2023 TRAVERSE trial enrolled over 5,200 men with hypogonadism and elevated cardiovascular risk. Randomized, rigorous. Result: TRT did NOT increase major adverse cardiovascular events.
What TRT actually improved in metabolic patients: insulin sensitivity, visceral fat, triglycerides, and lean mass.
The real risk? Untreated low testosterone is independently associated with higher rates of MI, stroke, and all-cause mortality in longitudinal data.
Leaving T low to protect the heart may do the exact opposite.
@BaneThe76451 Get your hormone levels checked. Many men with low libido that are 35+ just have low testosterone. Ideally it should be in the upper 2/3rds of the "normal" range.
@FinanceLancelot Turbovec does not shrink the memory requirements of LLM's, it shrinks memory usage for RAG systems. LLM's are still going to require a ton of memory for now.
@partybtc@LawrenceLepard It's already oversubscribed, retail is going crazy over it. I've had friends and family that have never participated in an IPO in the past, sign up for share allocations of this IPO.
@TFTC21 They had a net loss of $4.9 billion. Giving them a marketcap of $1.8 trillion is absurd from a value perspective. I get the hype, but when investors pour in to something like this, future returns are likely to be negative.
I'm trying to combine this with either openclaw or hermes. when i do that i get a lot of tool call errors. It tries to use bash instead of exec, atlas says tool call rejected: error: unknown 'path', same for 'pattern' etc. any ideas on how to fix this?
I am using this model: Qwen3.5 Qwen3.5-35B-A3B Sehyo/Qwen3.5-35B-A3B-NVFP4 35B / 3B GDN + attention + MoE, MTP
@SpaceTimeViking@unpopulist@Crypt0Ian I setup your model on the spark exactly as you had written. The D-flash is only having about 10% acceptance rate, even on aeon-fast. What could be going wrong? I did everything on the guide.
@CJKonstantinos Why is the interest rate 10% if people dont hold the "optional" PRN token? The PRN token is a cash grab. Get rid of the token pre-sale and just provide decent market interest rates.
