Within .6 seconds of warning him, Oklahoma City's Sgt. Kyle Holcomb shot 14-year-old Lorenzo Clerkley Jr.

Before firing, Sgt. Holcomb audibly suspected Clerkley’s gun was “a cap gun” but immediately opened fire on the 8th grader. #BlackLivesMatter
