After so many mails/calls and follow ups now I can conclude my issue as a clear case of fraud.
It was a pathetic decision buying merchandise from Ajio.
You guys have looted the amount by sending the wrong article and that too I am unable to refund due to unprofessional

1. Take payment from Ajio wallet
2. Send wrong item
3. Customer spends weeks to request return, then pickup, then "quality check" etc.
4. During this wallet amount expires.
5. Tell customer we cannot give refund.

@AJIOLife SCAM ALERT! 🤬 I Order# FN5731605192 for Tshirt but was sent a bra!! I returned the bra and after a long time complaining, refund was on 27 Dec but they say my Ajio wallet has expired on 21 Dec so no refund! Customer care says will not give refund. Taking legal action. #scamajio
