ACCORDING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS IN A LETTER DATED BACK IN MARCH OF 2025, MY STATE SENTENCE WAS ILLEGAL. THIS LETTER WAS MAILED TO HONORABLE JUDGE BATTAGLIA PRIOR TO MY COURT APPEARANCE BUT NEVER ADRESSED. ON TOP OF THAT I HAD A BAD BAD ATTORNEY ( IN MY OPINION OF COURSE)
