Sad to see Crossword Store, ITI Road shut. Yes there is one in Westend Mall… not as big though. Crossword Aundh wasn’t just a book shop, it was an experience, which no online store can ever create. Will miss it.

My father in law had a pathetic interaction with #BankofMaharashtra staff at #Aundh Branch, #Pune. Does not know customer service, no politeness, no regard for senior citizens. Tardiness, and avoidance of work. It's a shame.
