@AmericanAir If passengers are forced to move, you should inform them as it happens and offer them seats of their choosing from the remaining inventory, rather than have them find out the day of their trip.
In July my wife and I booked @AmericanAir 90 ORD - LHR w/seats 11A&C (window and aisle). When we checked in we were told we’d been moved to 10E&H (aisle & middle seat). No explanation was given. Was able to get 11A back but not 11C so we now aren’t flying together. We’re furious
I spend thousands of $ each year sending packages for my business. I used to use @UPS. Today I went to send a 3"x24" round mailing tube that weighed 8 oz from Chicago to Lexington KY. UPS wanted $34 for 3-day delivery, so I went to @USPS. Their rate was $5.90. Goodbye UPS.
