I look forward to it. I was just thinking how long I have been using it for and realised that I must have started within the 1st year or so of php v3. Time flies.
Hopefully the full documentary doesn't have such loud music over the speaking so I can hear and understand what everyone is saying. I am getting old you know π€ͺ
@PovilasKorop I still follow you and watch your videos even though I gave up on Laravel around a year ago. A lot of your content is interesting and useful even outside the Laravel eco system. Thank you for all your hard work over the years and long may it continue.
@ProfFeynman Observe, Hypothesise, Test rigorously and repeat, never assume. As explained in The Feynman Cornell lectures in 1964. That part of the lecture has stuck with me for decades and even now is well worth watching again.

I had just used it to do a hypercritical analysis of my codebase, both the architecture, code itself and testing. It did an absolutely fantastic job. Excellent report and staged plan to fix everything. Then it got pulled. Shame really as I would have liked to have done the same on all my projects. It really was excellent for that type of task.
@jordankdalton Rug pull? If they stopped the subscription plan, in my case the Max x5. If they made me pay on a per use basis and remove my billing certainty I would look at self hosted in a second.
@jordankdalton@md_kasif_uddin I beg to differ π€£
I have tried Mac twice. Once in 2001/2 and went back to windows. Then again just recently I had an offer I couldn't refuse. I swiftly returned to Linux.
@mattpocockuk@AOJDevStudio@IndyDevDan I create docs in .md format, and then have claude run a script that automatically creates a .html version with a common .css file for consistency. Works a treat.
@seizuresalad Just curious have you ever watched "Last of the Summer Wine?" It is a firm British favourite. Compo is a character dear to the hearts of us Brits.
@seizuresalad I know you have been watching a few UK shows recently. Just wondering if you had heard of Les Dawson. Unfortunately I cannot find a decent resolution version of this so you can see his facial expressions. But I think the finale will make you laugh?

@MartinMorden@SciGuySpace PS: Possibly worth looking up the word conflagration which he used, and then look up the difference between deflagration and detonation. Really interesting stuff.
@MartinMorden@SciGuySpace YES!! big time, for a couple of reasons. And a hydrogen detonation is much more energetic than a methane one. I am not a chemist/physicist so I won't pretend I fully understand it and explain it badly though.
