@garkihospital in February when I had my surgery at Garki hospital. I've had some other people confirm that truly, this is a norm there. This is totally unacceptable. Healthcare workers need to be more compassionate and work with empathy. @garkihospital , you guys should do better!

I think @garkihospital needs to train their receptionists and cash point staff to do better. Patients deserve empathy. You can't be working in a hospital and you are so rude and uncouth.
