What do you think happens when they reward evil and punish good. People become confused about good and evil. Take Jacob for example in the Bible and the Bible says God love Jacob and hates Esau. More like Jacob covets Esau's birthright.

So, I read the Bible in a different light. Concerning the Book of Job. His wife and friends I'm sure where convinced he did something gravely wrong to have such misfortune befall him. It's not explicitly mentioned but implicitly understood by me. It's classical conditioning.

I know of one too many who are turned off by the Old Testament and I'm not just talking Atheists or competing Religions. It was handed to me with some really heavy superstition placed on it and called the Word of God. You don't question it and you accept what the authorities say

@rustyrockets Some Jews are taught Jesus is Satan. I was arguing with one way back in the day on Bible Mysteries forum. He was firmly convinced of this and was trying to convince others based on 2 scriptures. 1 from the Old Testament and 1 from the New I'm no literalist fundamentalist about it
