This is Marlboro Central High School’s Engineering & Robotics Class. A hands-on science elective course where students learn by manipulating variables.
Special thank you to Brian Hutchins from community metalworks right in Marlboro! Mr. Hutchins came to speak to our class this week. Design and implementation of adaptive equipment. We will be partnering with Mr. Hutchins going forward and we are grateful for the opportunity.!
The2025Corrugatedboatdesign and competition was very exciting.We added more constraints and increased the difficulty level.We wanted to thank Rich Croce from Viking Industries for their donations of corrugated material so we were able to compete this year! @HVmanufacturing

Last week we had the opportunity to visit Dutchess Community College Mecatronics Lab with Professor Dan Barbuto. Their electrical technology program is a critical piece to high-tech manufacturing companies within the our area! @HVmanufacturing
In our engineering 1 class, we designed and tested a Warren Through Truss Bridge that we could walk over ourselves. Too bad it couldn’t fit through the door.😂 Our students had a great time learning about forces being applied on an object! @HVmanufacturing

Our students had the opportunity to visit Fala Technologies on Friday.We wanted to thank Frank Falatyn and the many other professionals who made our visit one to remember!There is a high demand for technicians in his company and others within the Hudson Valley! @HVmanufacturing
Advanced Robotics Students designed and built their own usable Adirondack Chairs out of corrugated material! They are fully functional! @HVmanufacturing@sonotekcorp
