How do you quantify that there is no discrimination now? I mean, among the people I've met in villages and cities from this generation (born after the 1990s), 99% have never discriminated against anyone, at least in my experience. But merely because of a few false cases or one or two incidents that appear in the media, people start using them to justify reservation. I don't think that's fair either.

I also know many General Category (GC) candidates with PhDs who have applied for sewage cleaning jobs, but politicians rarely talk about that because they are benefiting from the current system.
