@provinsurance y is it when I was 3rd driver at the start of the year you could insure me and gave me a quote. But now when I want to add myself to the policy, as a 3rd driver midway through the policy, you can't??? Literally nothing has changed yet you've flat out refused!!!

But no the gov haven't done this, so my point stands.
