Meet Larry Floyd, Public Affairs Officer. Mr. Floyd is a retired Major in the Florida Army Guard. He is a Miami native and FAMU graduate. He taught Biology for MDCPS & led the high school Agroscience and Engineering Technology Academy for 14 years.
