So 2 days back my @PayPal was hacked. I got an email that someone accessed my account from an unknown device, changed password and phone number. I immediately recovered it and changed the password, deleted the hackers card and phone number. I initiated a transfer of my money (1)

@EmiratesSupport had a flight ek601 today that kept getting delayed because of rain in dubai. For a while I got updates but now I've stopped receiving them and the helpline staff recommend not going to airport yet as ek600 from dubai hasn't arrived. What to do?

Disappointed with @SamsungGulf. The inner screen protector of my Fold 4 started peeling off. Went to the care center at Dubai Mall, only to be told rudely that it's not covered under warranty. All this, despite the item being supplied by Samsung itself! #CustomerExperience

I had a terrible experience with @CartlowUAE! I purchased a PS4 controller from their website as a gift and it turned out to be a complete fake after the giftee told me. When I contacted them, they refused to acknowledge that they sold a fake. Avoid this dishonest company!

@onedrive there's something seriously wrong with onedrive, never faced this issue before. Some files keep reverting to old versions and all changes are lost. Version history doesn't show newer versions at all! Days of work lost 😕
