BREAKING: Three people are dead, including the suspected gunman, after a shooting inside a downtown Minneapolis high-rise, police say.

Four people were transported to the hospital with apparent gunshot wounds, where one later died. A second person was pronounced dead at the scene.

Three Minneapolis police officers were also injured, including two who were shot, as authorities continue investigating.
