More than 200,000 Californians have had their ballots rejected since 2020. This is what happens when you don’t require voter ID. If a machine can identify your party registration, people have every right to question whether the process can be manipulated.

Yes, everyone knew Pratt was very unlikely to win, and that is genuinely not this issue. It's about how LA conducts elections -- like how is it legal to collect ballots after election day without postmarks?! Allowing voters to "self-date" ballots is an invitation for fraud that is nearly impossible to prove.

She did not "get caught". She turned herself into authorities. Her dog's mail in ballot was successfully counted in the statewide election to recall Gov. Newsom in 2021, but it was rejected in the 2022 federal primary election. Proof of ID or residence is not required in CA elections. But proof of residence & registration is required for first time voters in a *federal* election. Only the dog's ballot in the *federal* election was rejected. The dog's mail in ballot was accepted for the CA state election!

The oddest thing about the LA vote is the electorate that told pollsters cost of living was the #1 issue also voted to increase sales tax — not on billionaires, but on themselves. Either people are confused; or there is fraud; or the system is gamed (legally) by left-wing groups.

Let’s review. California:

- Made it illegal to show voter IDs
- Mass mail-in ballots across the state
- Allows people to print ballots at home
- Allows people to register anywhere in the state
- Allows ballot harvesting
- Allows people to register with “IDs” like gym memberships & insurance cards
- Allows people to hand-date ballot envelopes, no postmark required
- Has 853,000 + “ghost voters”
- Sanctuary state that harbors illegal aliens
- Refuses to turn over dirty voter rolls for verification
- Refuses to allow independent signature verification audit
- Refuses to allow ballot inspection audit

This isn’t exactly “subtle.” It’s a blueprint for stealing elections.

What's happening in LA is extremely abnormal. How did Spencer Pratt go from a 77% chance of advancing to now a 0.5% chance?

California is now blocking the Feds from checking into the election.

Prior to the election in May, Governor Newsom signed SB 73. This law, effective immediately before the June 2 primary, prohibits unauthorized access, disruption, modification, or seizure of voter rolls, voter lists, or certified voting technology by law enforcement (including federal agents) without a court order or specific state election law investigation.

For those dismissing the possibility of fraud in CA vote, please remember that key protections we're told are built into the law turn out to be vaporous in practice:

--'You need to sign it' .... A mark or slash will do.
--'We check those signatures.' ... LA election workers told @jenlynncallahan they don't. https://t.co/svWWKDd6gu
--'Must be postmarked by Election Day' ... No! Fine print in regs lets voters self-date.
--'Ballot "harvesters" must sign the ballot envelope!' ... But the ballot's still counted if they don't.

All this doesn't mean there was fraud. Still ...
