@christi89459903 @IRSnews just do not put state tax, just federal,whenever you owe or waiting for refund. It was my mistake before, i did put state an federal combine which was wrong. Good luck!

@nvr4get911Fdny @DanaHyde20 @IRSnews i used winnows 10 internet explorer i hate it but i had too, First page is easy its just your social sec, date, of birth and address. Second page you total income for 2019 if you filed, and most important if you owe or waiting for refund do not put state tax, just federal.

So try to use a different browser, wait exactly 24 hours, so if tried today lets say at 8 am do not try no more, eveytime u try it resets the hours. Last tjing when you will put ur tax info owe or refund put federal only do not put state. Stay safe!

When it come to the second page you have to put total income of 1040 form and if you owe money put only for federal do not include state tax. Hope it help

@nvr4get911Fdny @IRSnews Hey Man I got the same message i saw few messages on forums that every time we trying to get in its suppose to pass 24 hours, for example lets say u did today at 8:00 am , don't do it no more every time u try its resets the clock
So if u did st 8am wait until tomorrows 8:05
