Virginia’s new gun restrictions are yet another example of politicians targeting law-abiding citizens instead of criminals.

The Left loves to call the AR-15 a “weapon of war.” That’s an easy slogan for people who’ve never been to war.

I HAVE.

And I know the difference between a battlefield and a constitutional republic.

The AR-15 has become the Left’s favorite political villain, despite the fact that the overwhelming majority of gun crimes are committed with handguns, NOT rifles.

This has never been about facts.

It’s about control.

They start with the AR-15 because it’s politically convenient.

Then it’s magazines.
Then ammunition.
Then handguns.

Then whatever right stands in the way of their agenda next.

The Second Amendment was never written to protect hunting. It was written to protect the freedom of the American people.

The problem is not a piece of metal, plastic, and steel.

The problem is violent criminals.
