The World Cup begins tomorrow, and many will watch the matches. Soccer reminds us of something we must not forget: life is not a race to show off on our own, but a path we learn to walk together. Anyone who does not know how to pass the ball, even if they have talent, has not yet understood the game. Anyone who does not know how to live with and for others has not yet understood life. #ApostolicJourney
Absolute cowards @UEFA
Who killed him?
How did he die?
Israel remains a full member of UEFA despite its teams playing on illegally occupied land.
And as they commit war crimes you don't remove them from any competitions.
A pathetic organisation.
Tragic news continues to arrive in these days from the Middle East, especially from Gaza. I express my profound sadness regarding last Thursday’s attack by the Israeli army on the Catholic Parish of the Holy Family in Gaza City, which as you know killed three Christians and gravely wounded others. I pray for the victims, Saad Issa Kostandi Salameh, Foumia Issa Latif Ayyad, Najwa Ibrahim Latif Abu Daoud, and I am particularly close to their families and to all the parishioners.
Fan: “I’m from Israel”
iShowSpeed: “….Free Palestine, not gonna lie bro”
This man ALWAYS puts on for Palestine. No matter what country he’s in or who’s watching.
For more than 200 years, generations of Americans fought to make this a free country. Never perfect, but always aspiring to it.
MAGA ripping up that legacy to defend Israel against criticism or protest while it is starving a civilian population.
This is Hossam’s team, and we are sharing his final message :
“If you’re reading this, it means I have been killed—most likely targeted—by the Israeli occupation forces. When this all began, I was only 21 years old—a college student with dreams like anyone else. For past 18 months, I have dedicated every moment of my life to my people. I documented the horrors in northern Gaza minute by minute, determined to show the world the truth they tried to bury. I slept on pavements, in schools, in tents—anywhere I could. Each day was a battle for survival. I endured hunger for months, yet I never left my people’s side.
By God, I fulfilled my duty as a journalist. I risked everything to report the truth, and now, I am finally at rest—something I haven’t known in the past 18 months . I did all this because I believe in the Palestinian cause. I believe this land is ours, and it has been the highest honor of my life to die defending it and serving its people.
I ask you now: do not stop speaking about Gaza. Do not let the world look away. Keep fighting, keep telling our stories—until Palestine is free.”
— For the last time, Hossam Shabat, from northern Gaza.
Got to give Doge credit for being the first to cut entitlements. End telephone support for Social Security, cut dozens of SS offices and make Grandma and Grandpa finally get online to confirm their payments.
What an amazing back door way to cut payments! Gonna be some upset seniors at town halls !
Wow more israeli hostages continue to throw israel under the bus.
Noa Argamani is speaking at the UN and blames israeli air strikes for killing her fellow captive Yossi Sharabi.
They lied about the Bibas family too, they lie about everything!!
Then-Israeli defense minister, Yoav Gallant, confirms Israel activated Hannibal Directive to kill its own citizens and soldiers on Oct. 7, which it blamed Hamas for.
Israel used attack helicopters, drones, and tanks to fire on its own citizens that day.

This doesn’t seem to be getting enough attention. The Silicon Valley social contract forced on the public by Obama and then Trump and then Biden (minus Lina Khan) and now Trump was straight forward: We will let these bros become the richest people in human history and in exchange they will develop a tech industry that makes the U.S. dominant for a century.
They did the first part, then built monopolies to try to keep out competition rather than continue to innovate at a top level, and then got out-competed by Chinese companies in both AI and social media. They are the losers we always thought they were — and now so are we.
