@virginmedia Can’t remember the name of the package omph maybe? but I had every channel going and 400/500meg download! Now I’m on a package with no sports or movies when I was told I would be!! If you can’t help me am I wasting my time here with you?

@virginmedia No the package should of been exactly the same as I had before! But for some reason I’ve been lied to and now I have now sports or movies! I want this sorted today please without having to waste hours on the phone otherwise I’ll be ringing to cancel everything!

@virginmedia Yes my contract was coming to an end so I rang up in October to carry on with the same package and deal I was getting only to be lied to and messed around! Really not happy! Wasted so many hours on the phone just to be messsed around 😤

@virginmedia No movies and sport were working. Rang up to sort it out only to be told I changed it myself. The only I have Virgin tv is for sports and movies so why would I cancel them? Was then put on hold and was left there for 40mins! Absolutel joke. Who can I speak with to get it sorted?
