Currently reading The Cider House Rules. It makes me feel like I have no moral compass because I’m so divided over my opinion on abortion. One of the main characters is an obstetrician who performs abortions. I so admire the writing, but the topic is challenging for me.
I’ve written 200 pages of a murder mystery and I’m close to wrapping it up. I feel pressure to make it 300 pages, but I’m not sure I have the material to support an additional one hundred pages.
