16 years ago I spent a lot of money to buy premium double-hung replacement Pella windows at Lowes. One of the sash cords broke and I'm no longer under warranty. Pella wants $1,096 to fix it. I'm outraged. I won't be buying Pella products in the future. @Pella_News @Lowes

On Monday 12/30 I was missed a package needing a signature from UPS . I stayed home all day Tuesday, but no delivery attempt was made. 1/2/25 (the next business day) I stayed home again with the front door wide open. I just received a notice that I missed the delivery!

I bought a printer from @BestBuy online and was prompted to buy an $80 replacement/back-up toner cartridge. I now tried to install this cartridge only to discover it's the wrong size. They refuse to exchange/replace it because it's been opened. I won't be shopping there again.
