"The assault on free speech on college campuses has reached a truly deranged stage."
So it wasn't deranged when this guy was shot in the head and killed for having conversations on college campuses?
The final straw came when a bunch of leftist students had to make reflection videos???
Do you really think people on the "right", are going to sympathize with your point when many of them had a guy they really liked to get shot in the neck for simply making conversations? Did you see how many people celebrated that?
Do you see how pathetic and insular you sound?
I'll suggest a fair response to my tweet: "you're right, maybe I'll go back and rethink my point".
Josh Hart had a very fair quote about how what motivated the Knicks partly was that the Spurs didn't give them credit for anything. The spurs fan base – reading their tweets sometimes – its kind of the same way. They're really fucking annoying. They got no "code", no accountability for their team, just childish whiny brats.
I don't like to play the NYC card too much, but at least Knick fans will give fair respect for both sides. I like it that Mike breen and Clyde aren't homers when they announce the games. New York fans are legit and smart like that. Thunder fans are also losers - complaining about fouls of all things.
I would hate to be a fan of one of these teams, surrounded by these people. These teams and their fan bases are some real bitches. I hope they keep losing and get their asses kicked for several years.
I doubt many Knicks fans are big pro cycling followers, but there's a similar debate there. Belgian Eddy Merckx ('the cannibal'), won 12 grand tours (5 Tour de France, 5 tour of Italy, 2 tour of Spain) and 18 monuments (famous 150 mile+ 1-day races) back in the 60s/70s. Tadej Pogacar from Slovenia is an amazing cyclist and a great sportsman who may surpass his numbers when he's done. But he's not there yet. And many want to crown him the greatest ever. It's too early.
@wokal_distance Don't forget, Obama nationalizing the student loan business. Allowed themselves to price themselves out of existence while bankrupting the youth and alienating their clientele.
@JoeLange what if Trump and Graham were the 'good guys', and people like Mike Flynn, and this guy, Ivan were the 'bad guys'?
This was posted before Graham's death was announced.
And I'm not even gonna get into who is actually behind Iran
I remember during the Q drops, there was speculation that in fact, Graham was considered the "iron eagle that you talked about. That he was not the bad guy at all that people say he is.
And yes, I'll drive jump right to conspiracy theories, since we're really closing in on the endgame here. Was he put in witness protection or something? Or was he murdered?
I find Brunson inspiring because of how he maximizes every angle and movement it seems. I actually think the comparisons of them as scoring small guards is about as far as it should go. I think they are different players – and no way Brunson could've made the finals in 2001 or whatever. I don't think people give Iverson enough credit for his heart and passion for the game. Everybody talks about that practice answer he gave, but nobody includes the part where he talks about how he gives everything he has every time he goes on the court.

I firmly believe that either under Trump or his successor, we will reach an immigration reform bill that will eliminate all of this ambiguity and no man's land that people live in. some come here honestly for better healthcare. I've seen it. They can benefit from handouts, but those only go so far and are becoming more limited. It's a very corrupt situation, which is why I do expect Trump and his successor to find a solution.
@JessicaVaugn somebody in medical school once told me that watching me go through a school - I reminded them of Russell Crowe here 😂😂

one of my points is that they are closing down all of the benefits to illegal immigrants.
"Turns out, they can just teach you all false things and you’ll go out into the world and do the things taught to you."
true but I can't relate because I'm very independent minded. I knew they didn't wanna take me but my grades and scores an application was just too overwhelming.
One line I heard throughout medical school and training "the worst place to be if you're sick is in the hospital". From many doctors. So there is some awareness going on. But if you can avoid the medical system by all means, I fully support that.
most people in healthcare are the equivalent of the philosophical laborers. They can be very disappointing – but there is still some degree of contribution they make towards the foundation of progress.
A few months ago I had an 85-year-old rancher come in. Some lower extremity edema. Shortness of breath. One of the worst systolic ejection murmurs I've ever heard. Six weeks later that guy had a new aortic valve. Was back to work. Those timelines still happen fairly often with people.
