You were quick enough to change the flight time a few days out via email but absolutely no mention that we would be standing outside in the cold and then rushing to check cases in for a flight! I'm disgusted.

@Ryanair I am absolutely staggered that having turned up at the airport for an emergency flight home to Tenerife, my wife and I and our 4 small children have been left locked outside until "at least 5am"!No notice, no emails, nothing on the websites! My babies are freezing!

While I appreciate that your flights are still running during this Lockdown. How on earth are you not notifying customers that there is no access to the airport your flight is leaving until just over and hour before?? We have young children with us in the cold! Why no email?

Airport won't open apparently according to a bloke in Hi Vis until about 5:30am. 4 cases to check in and a flight just after 6!

There is about 10 people other than us none of this whom has been notified about this closure. A poor woman in a wheelchair here sitting trying to keep warm. It's absolutely so poor. I doubt anybody will see this until tomorrow. So so shocked and angry.
