There needs to be a mentality shift in Kenya. We have become too obsessed with material possessions and luxury, but without the hard-work. And this will need a generational change in mindset. Otherwise so many people are still out here, and when it is time, they will steal.

They’re all briefcase outfits purpose-built for tenders and supplies.

And that’s where we are as a country. We have stifled the industries which will aid in the advancement of society and glorified these charlatans whose wealth is solely derived from looting your taxes. And that includes the butcher of Sugoi William Ruto as well.

How do we create jobs for the growing population when the much needed capital is being stashed in banks?

Think of it like this, a jua kali artisan or Instagram business owner baking cakes whose employed 5 people is more important to the economy than a tenderprenuer who has a billion stashed in some offshore account.

Until the masses stop glorifying these thugs by not giving them eyeballs when they’re spewing their verbal diarrhea like many of you lowlife bastards did last night, Kenya will never change.
