@GOrwell2020 @RavensRealist @ChristianHeiens That is a misrepresentation of Hernandez. In that case, the court found that the county actively discriminated against Mexican-Americans as a "class" and actively prohibited them from jury duty service. That was found to violate the 14th amendment.

That would not apply here.

@tabomango Trying to get referrals is like pulling teeth. Agencies don't want to help their competitors so they just won't refer you to anyone despite ample opportunity to do so. I had better luck getting agency referrals to non-agency clients that had needs outside their speciality.
