Last night I got my first full review back for my debut novel.

What's mad is the ref only understood some of it because some words translate across all languages.

He heard the word Penalty from the VAR ref so he knew he had to go to the screen to look at the footage and then made the decision.

Which means the entire convo boiled down to:

“CONTACT… PENALTY… OKAY?”

That's fuggin mental because a lot of what VAR says isnt instructions, it's interpretation and reasoning that you NEED to understand to be able to make a final decision lol

@schXey @Prof_Umbongo This is the first I've heard of this but logically, Police don't generally initiate a high speed chase without sufficient cause. So saying they caused it blindly or willfully overlooks what happened for the chase to start which is the root cause.

That caused us to go back to the drawing board.

Sounded out Edwards, wanted a break.

Looked at the revised candidate list and went for Hayen.

If you can suggest a way they could have done all that in 4 weeks, please enlighten me.
