@PlayStationUK not impressed with PS5 or customer service. PS5 is 13months old & spent the last month doing the trouble shooting guide online before you book a 'fix and replace' nothing worked now my console is out of warranty and it's more than half its RRP to repair! Disgusted!

I've just had food delivered with an item missing that cost £5.29 and your help section have refunded me £1.80 and ignore all further conversation.

The rest of the food was cold! I'm not happy and want to raise a complaint!!

@GavLynch2 Most real people recognise the job you do and thank you. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and everyone could say maybe we could have done x y or z but they weren't there and decisions are made at the time. Keep it up and thank you!
