@Bamafootball52 @CMhathair @kjdelay1 Tramadol is not an opioid until metabolised by CYP2D6, it's an SNRI before that. CYP2D6 is genetically variable. Therefore you never know how much opioid a patient is gonna get. You are giving an unknown ratio of SNRI to opioid to the patient.
