Look no further than Speaker Johnson, Jim Jordan, and House Republicans.
They’ve refused to hold even one activist judge accountable for 15 months, Jim Jordan has been letting Articles of Impeachment against Judge Boasberg gather dust since April 2025, and they still won’t defund these rogue district courts.
So why wouldn’t more rogue judges continue to block the Trump admin?
