One of the biggest reasons why his Goal record is better than Rooney’s is because of his role. Wayne Rooney wasn’t always a pure number 9, he would also have the role of CF and drop deep down/ create chances

Why do you think he would find it difficult in todays pl? he was strong and good technically.He played in PL for 15 or more years.He played at the top level most of those years

Salah is better goalscorer, but Rooney is better technicaly and more complete

Haaland played for Norway 4 days after that tackle by Keane, but he had to get a surgery on his left knee, which was not the same knee Keane injured. So he’s not ‘the reason’ for Haaland’s retirement, but he probably contributed to it.
