Bloomington police arrested 16 men this month in a sex sting called “Operation Creep”. The men are accused of trying to solicit a minor for sex.
Chief Booker Hodges says one of the men they arrested is an ICE employee: “When he was arrested, he said ‘I’m ICE, boys.’”
The list of suspects also includes an employee at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, a Metro Transit bus driver, and a couple who has federal “issues” with ICE to deal with, according to police.
