@Walmart it was 7 cars waiting all till 10:40pm I went to the front of the store asking for a GM and the doors was locked since 10pm and the store closes at 11pm no GM or supervisor I’m told by staff standing at door

@Walmart I paid for order approx 4:15pm 2day & the only pick up slot was btwn 9-10 PM recv’d a text 9pm saying it was delayed headed towards store arriving at 9:20 and I can not let them know I’m there to receive another text at 9:52 pick up is ready but store is closed 7 cars

@SamsClub how do you call a customer the day of Birthday pick up to say y’all over booked and you can not make my grandsons Birthday cake we put the order in on Friday. I am so disgusted on how the manager handled it also saying there is nothing that they can do. It is your fault

@Delta the worse experience at the gate in DFW the agent was very rude and that’s not normal behavior of your staff. It’s always him when I traveling for work I see him do this now today he takes out what ever he is going thru on me too. Shame on you Delta!!!
