@IcebolethuGroup My friend and her family paid R42,000 to bury their 15-year-old niece after being sold a funeral package by your Festival Mall branch. Hours later, they were told the consultant had used the wrong price list. They refused to leave until Branch Manager Nthabiseng admitted the mistake and assured them Icebolethu would honour what they’d already paid for.

On the day of the funeral, the PA system (R2,500), toilet facilities (R2,500) and grave marker listed on their invoice were never provided. Now the branch is refusing to take responsibility or refund them for the services they paid for but never received. Grieving families deserve better.
