@jetusername Yes spoke to someone earlier this morning. They will switch you to another pandemic extension. But I believe you have to call because the rep has to put it in their system to process. They said will take two weeks for the system to update and by the time you certify a new balanc
@Marc18Rob @lacey53818977@CA_EDD That’s what I said. I’ve been trying to call since 8am. I don’t know how I can get a hold of them. I already got paid the last 2 weeks and it’s at a $0 balance usually it’ll say you can’t certify till two weeks later again but that doesn’t even pop up. I just don’t know
@Marc18Rob @lacey53818977@CA_EDD Yes I was on that extension but I don’t know why my claim balance ended before sept 4. I’m already having a hard time getting a hold of them. It doesn’t make sense why I qualified but my balance just went to a $0 balance
@lacey53818977@CA_EDD Do you know if your claim balance is at $0 if you still qualify for unemployment until Sept 4th? Mine just ran out after certifying tonight. I’m on the pandemic unemployment on the extension. How were you able to get a hold of them and what time?
@lacey53818977@CA_EDD I got a hold of someone today and they were able to fix mine as well. Honestly I think it depends on the person you get over the phone. The person yesterday said I had to wait but the person this morning fixed it right away
@lelay728@CA_EDD I did. I spoke to someone from Edd. They said we have to wait until it fixes. They had us on the wrong extension so now we have to wait until they fix it.
@ocgirldani@ChocolatebyJay@CA_EDD Same thing happened to me. I spoke to someone and they told me it’s a glitch and we have to wait until they fix the issue. Apparently we were on the wrong extension so their trying to fix it.
@lacey53818977@CA_EDD Really they didn’t help me certify they said I had to wait. Did yours update? Now I’m mad. Some of the reps are helpful and some are so lazy. We’re u able to get paid. I’m glad they fixed it for you.
@jeovany818@CA_EDD That’s exactly how mine was 4 weeks saying disqualified and we got paid for those weeks. They said they were paying me on the wrong claim. So now we just have to wait for it to get fixed
@jeovany818@CA_EDD Yes, same exact thing. I spoke to someone this morning around 8am from EDD. Apparently we were on the wrong claim. So we have to wait until the tech dept from Edd to fix which can take about 2-3 weeks. They said it should be fixed but don’t worry doesn’t mean we don’t qualify
