I love when amazing leaders move on from the classroom to lead other amazing teachers, but I also love when amazing leaders remain in the classroom. Never underestimate the talent in the classroom.

I’ve noticed that strong teachers don’t just have high expectations for their students; they have high expectations for themselves. I think that’s one of their secrets.

[Danny Steele @SteeleThoughts]

Good school culture is never a fluke. It results from educators who love their job and make decisions based on the best interests of kids!

When your incredibly thoughtful office staff rolls their awesomeness to your classroom for special teacher treats, your heart overflows and you know just how blessed you are to be loved and appreciated every single day! #lifeisbetteratthelakes #bootifultreats @MaryAlcornGLES

Please provide feedback. It’s time to dismantle our high stakes testing system and create something that works for all of our students.

Tomorrow we will open our schools under the most difficult of circumstances, and things will not be perfect. However, our great educators will be there waiting with joy in their hearts, and eager to do the job they love.

Thank you for speaking this truth! ❤️ @mrronclark_

[Ron Clark @mrronclark_]

There will be no high stakes testing this year, and yet all over America educators have continued to teach and inspire their students online. I hope the powers that be realize we do what we do because we love children and not because a test is held over our heads.
