Like films, politics (strange) and have recovered from accountancy. Somebody reminded me recently that I wrote a couple of books, but that was years ago.

Sally McManus I replied to in private, as Twitter didn't give the room to respond privately. I have passed your tweet on to my solicitor. It is libellous.
@AntonyGreenABC Yes, but at the Labour conference they launched those other issues. It is not yet clear how the new policies are affecting the issue. In 2017, the Labour party clearly won the campaign from a very low base in the polls at the outset. At the moment, it's too early to say anything.
Because getting loudly booed at one major sporting event in a week, is not enough...
Trump needs to stick to going to NRA convention, “prayer” events hosted by Franklin Graham and meetings were people are wearing white hoods.

Trump now claiming without evidence that the transcripts that will soon be released won’t be accurate, even though all the witnesses are given opportunities to review the transcripts to verify their accuracy before they are released
In four years trump has not lied as thoroughly & egregiously as he just did for 20 minutes on the WH lawn. Without exaggeration, 100% of his words were sick, twisted — and provable lies.
There are no words. As impossible as it sounds it was the worst he’s ever been.
@AntonyGreenABC ...The deals at this stage can only be guessed at. I think minority Government is certain, and with a big % not voting, anything could happen. It wouldn't surprise me if both the Tories and the Labour parties get below 35% of the vote.
@AntonyGreenABC I don't think those rules apply to this election. One of the fascinating thongs is in the run up to Dec 12 is that none of the usual rules apply this time, with the Labour and Tory parties so badly split.
@QuentinDempster@SkyNewsRicho@ScottMorrisonMP@AlboMP Richo needs every friend he can get now. I still thingk he was a brilliant minister the Eniornment, and he was great as minister for the Arts. I just wish he was still in change of both today.
If the Government puts evreybody on the DSP, that would include me. my disabilities are mainly permanent damage of my L ahoulder and my R foot. Because of the latter, I cant use public transport, I uss taxis. Taxis ask for cash payment https://t.co/YRVkOaIMqy via @ConversationEDU
@abcnews Both. After years o f argument, Chorley started it as the type of major infrastructure project we needed after WWII. Menzies could have stopped it after '49, but didn't, and switched to supporting it.
