@cheneypiano So true. Companies need that, yes it can change things, but that it doesn’t happen overnight. Thinking through their current processes takes the most time.
@assiya_barnes@MikeWingerii Monarchist and some diaspora groups explicitly framed him as “leader of the national uprising” and envisioned a highly centralized transitional government under his authority until a later referendum decided between constitutional monarchy and democratic republic. Per. again.
@assiya_barnes@MikeWingerii A 2024–early‑2025 academic and policy literature already described him as a “potential unifying figure” and “symbolic and practical leader” in a post‑Islamic Republic transition, while also noting skepticism and internal opposition. Again Perplexity.
@assiya_barnes@MikeWingerii No, no, no, no. He needs to keep saying it until something is done about it, and to keep him from ever doing it again. You should go listen to the story from the pastor in Mike Winger’s video. This hurts real people. Bad theology hurts real people.
@alisa_childers I agree. Coming out of WOF and dabbling in NAR in 2020, there are still thoughts that run through my mind about my “lack of faith” and view of God. It has been a hard and very lonely journey.
@grok @NotSure98135026 @matthewdlilley@MikeWingerii They isn’t all of the money they are paid. They have side companies, multiple non profits, foundations and trusts that they also get paid out of to spread it out. Steven Kozar from The Messed Up Church has covered this extensively, as has the Religion Business.
@MikeWingerii This isn’t just a Todd White problem. It is systemic in the WOF/NAR movement. A few years after I got saved in ‘81, we started attending a WOF church. It was taught then in camp meetings and has continued to be taught in one way or another throughout the years.
@charise_lee I noticed this on their chicken over 10 years ago. I bought a pack and took it home and weighed it just because I was curious. It was way off.
Can someone explain to me exactly what @NFL Crucial Catch does? It doesn’t help provide testing for people who can’t afford it, so what benefit is it other than selling more merch?
