Fun facts from our tour today: no snakes ‘chase’ you. Not black mambas, not cottonmouths. Also, even if you step on a rattlesnake it’s most likely to try to escape without trying to bite you. Best not to test this though.
We had a great tour of @PhoenixHerp today! Learned so much about native and non-native venomous snakes not to mention crocodilians, non-venomous colubrids, tortoises and various other creatures. Thank you to Cale and the amazing staff for a wonderful experience.
