President Trump’s tariff order is the toughest action that any government has taken against China since the British took control of Hong Kong with the Treaty of Nanking.
The United States cannot lose the rare earth minerals race with China.
President Trump isn’t about to let that happen. He’s showing that the United States will not back down. https://t.co/Cd9VJtbFkW #China
Thank you, President Donald J. Trump, for standing up to China!
President Trump’s tariff order is the toughest action that any government has taken against China since the British took control of Hong Kong.
President Trump understands that rare earth minerals are a serious national security issue. We can’t make missiles, submarines, or fighter jets without them.
Unfortunately, under the Biden administration, the United States fell asleep in the critical race to control the 17 metallic elements that are necessary for the technologies of the future. @realDonaldTrump

62 years ago this month, 4 members of the Ku Klux Klan bombed the 16th Street Baptist Church in an act of political terrorism. The terrorists killed four little girls, Addie Mae Collins, Cynthia Wesley, Carole Robertson, and Carol Denise McNair.
“We must not become bitter, nor must we harbor the desire to retaliate with violence,” Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. said in his epochal eulogy for “the martyred heroines of a holy crusade for freedom and human dignity.”

If President Trump’s first term was defined as the “Flight 93 Election,” Charlie Kirk’s Memorial will be identified as the seminal moment and rhetorical grounding for President Trump’s second term.
Charlie charged the cockpit.
“We won’t back down. We won’t be intimidated,” @DonaldJTrumpJr said in his masterful eulogy. “Our message of faith, family, and country will not be silenced.”
“If you believe in faith, family, and freedom, then you are with us. No matter your past, no matter how you’ve voted, no matter where you come from, this movement is your home.”
“If you’re not already seated at this table, we have a seat prepared for you.” #MAGA #CharlieKirk

Shawn and I are devastated by the assassination of Charlie Kirk. We are praying for Charlie's wife and children and extend our deepest condolences to his family and friends.
As President Donald J. Trump said, Charlie was a "Great" and "Legendary" figure in the conservative movement. He inspired an entire generation of conservative young people to stand up for our American values. Charlie directly challenged the dangerous ideologies that are being spread on college campuses, and he did it through non-violence.
Charlie had a unique ability to communicate with young people and motivate activists. I saw that firsthand when he graciously spoke to our campaign volunteers.
This assassination is a wakeup call to the country. It follows the assassination attempts on Republican House Majority Leader Steve Scalise and two assassination attempts on President Trump.
Conservatives will not cower. We will not back down. Because Charlie never did.
More than 68% of Californians voted for Prop 36 last November because they are sick and tired of rising crime and the growth of homeless on our streets. Gavin Newsom was one of the few out of touch radicals who opposed Prop 36. He was wrong then, and he’s wrong now.
This is a must-read from former California Republican Congresswoman @MichelleSteelCA
Not opposing Prop 50 exposes the "good government" crusaders in Common Cause, the ACLU, and League of Women Voters as partisan hacks when it comes to rigging elections for Democrats.
4 lanes of PCH.
No houses. No families. No community.
But, that's all Democrats are using to connect Long Beach and Huntington Beach into one district.
We need to stop Gavin Newsom's redistricting scam. NO on Prop 50! https://t.co/iIblUsr1uO #Prop50
For decades, the experts have written off blue-collar workers with the declaration, “Factory jobs are gone forever.”
By cleverly tying tariff rates to investment in U.S. industries, President Trump has done the impossible: begun the process of bringing back jobs to America.

Trump’s Asian Trade Deals Put Americans First.
For half a century, American workers and industries have been on the losing end of global trade.

I'm proud of my service in Congress and grateful to those who elected me.
Every day, President @realDonaldTrump and the Trump administration are accomplishing great and historic achievements for the American people.
I want to help advance President Trump's tough-on-China trade agenda from outside Congress, where I believe I can be more effective in supporting his administration's work for the American people.
From the moment I came to the United States, I knew that giving back to the country that welcomed me with open arms would be part of my future.
Because of the opportunities offered by this great country, and God’s great blessings, I was able to go to college, start a family, and build my own American Dream.
I embarked on a mission to assist First Generation Americans, stand up to our adversaries, and defend human rights.
The journey to work on behalf of legal immigrants and struggling families took me somewhere I never could have imagined – and for which I will always be grateful — the United States Congress.
Everything is God’s will and, like all journeys, this one is ending for a new one to begin.
I owe a debt of gratitude to my supporters, my staff, my family, my daughters and especially my husband, Shawn, for standing by me through endless campaigns.
To my volunteers, we would never have made it this far without your tireless efforts.
And, to the voters, thank you.
I will never stop fighting for you.
Thank you to my over 450 interns and team for working with me this election. I am grateful for the hours of support. Tomorrow is Election Day, don’t forget to cast your vote! #StandWithSteel#CA45
