I think it’s important to note that there hasn’t been any reported community spread of #COVID19. Important measures such as hand hygiene, good sleep, good diet... trying to stay healthy is important. As @CDCgov states: stay home if sick. Otherwise, no need to panic.

Yesterday, I walked 11,879 steps... the avg steps I walk in the hospital for a 12 hr shift, and barely 8000 in the outpatient. 🤔 at #APHA2018, glad to get my steps in 🤗
