Something I learnt whilst @Intl_Chadwick that I've found useful in my teaching practice- praise that is related directly and specifically to a particular choice or desired behaviour has more lasting impact. It gives a child detailed evidence of what they are doing that is valued.

Today we worked on sequencing language and played Mad Libs to revise our parts of speech. Highlights included a tiny Megalodon, a cold T-rex, carrying spaghetti and steak on our femur, and an invisible waterfall. @julesptaylor was mentioned several times as well. @Intl_Chadwick
